GENESIS®

GENESIS® Fibrillated Fibers are designed to provide temperature shrinkage crack control in addition to plastic shrinkage crack control. GENESIS® Fibrillated Fibers are manufactured from virgin homopolymer polypropylene resins, and meet the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete” and the requirements of ICC ES AC32 Sections 3.1.1 and 3.1.2.

 
GENESIS Fibrillated Fibers are an excellent, cost effective choice for applications requiring increased residual strength resulting from enhanced mechanical bonding that occurs between the fiber and the mortar mix.

GENESIS® XF

GENESIS XF Concrete Fibers provide Fabpro’s patent pending technology engineered to provide temperature shrinkage and plastic shrinkage crack control, as well as improved residual strength. This unique technology creates enhanced mechanical bonding with the mortar mix through a micro-reinforcement system that improves the residual strength by 26% as compared to other leading fibrillated fiber products.

PERFORMAX™ Macro Fibers are manufactured from a proprietary blend of polyolefin resins, utilizing Fabpro's patent pending technology. This unique technology creates a micro-reinforcement system that significantly improves the residual strength of the hardened concrete.

SPECTER® HP
SPECTER® HP SYNTHETIC MICRO FIBER is a “Best In Class” new generation of polypropylene microfiber for reinforcement of concrete. Fabpro’s unique technology combines ultra thin diameter with ultra high strength, resulting in the highest level of plastic shrinkage crack prevention available. Hundreds of millions of high tensile, high modulus filaments per yard of Specter(R) HP create an extremely dense, three-dimensional network in any cementiscious application. Specter(R) HP’s superior ability to reduce early age cracking is accomplished at an engineered dosage rate of only1/2 lb. / yd3. Independent test results have consistently confirmed: 1/2 lb. of Specter HP consistently produces superior PSCR results as compared with any other fiber at a typical 1.0 lb. / yd3 dosage rate
– providing better performance at a significantly reduced in-place cost.
